The aim of Chadwick’s Netball Club is to provide enjoyable competitive netball which achieves the aspirations of each player, and at a cost which is not detrimental to the running of the club.
To facilitate this aim, the Club endeavours to:
- Provide facilities for the amateur sport of netball.
- Offer coaching, development and competitive opportunities in netball.
- Promote the club within the local community and look to recruit new members each year.
- Provide its services in a way that is fair to everyone.
- Ensure a duty of care to all members of the club.
- Ensure all present and future members receive fair and equal treatment.
- Strive to win each match and ultimately win the MENL.
- Adhere to club policies.
- Instil a ‘can-win’ attitude in all players.
- Support club fundraising events
